A DELEGATION FROM THE ARCHIVES OF VOJVODINA ATTENDED A COMMEMORATION OF THE 78TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SLOVAK NATIONAL UPRISING
A delegation from the Archives of Vojvodina (Director Dr. Nebojša Kuzmanović, Assistant Director Kristijan Obšust and digitization operative Vladimir Mučibabić and Veso Vuković), at the invitation by the Association of Notable Slovaks, took part in the commemoration ceremony dedicated to the 78th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising. During this event, a wreath was laid on the monument dedicated to the fallen participants of the Slovak National Uprising located at Jankov Vrh near Uhrovec in central parts of Slovakia. As part of the main ceremony, the attendees were greeted by the Director of the Archives of Vojvodina Dr. Nebojša Kuzmanović, and afterwards, together with the President of the Association of Serbs in Slovakia Stane Ribič and the President of the Association of Notable Slovaks Jozef Škulteti, officially opened the cultural-arts event with performances by choirs from the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Serbia and the Russian Federation.
