A Constructive Meeting by the Commission for Gathering Information about the Victims in Srem During the Second World War

Today on the 13th of March 2020, at the Archives of Vojvodina, a constructive meeting was held by the Commission and Workgroup for registering victims of the war in Srem 1941-1945.

Apart from the President of the Commission, the Director of the Archives of Vojvodina Dr. Nebojša Kuzmanović, the meeting was attended by members of the Commission and Workgroup consisting of: Dr. Milan Koljanin and Dr. Mira Radojčić, professors at the Department of History at the Faculty of Philosophy University of Belgrade, the Director of the Archives of Serbia Dr. Miroslav Perišić, Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia Dr. Milan Terzić, Director of the Archives of the SASA in Sremski Karlovci Dr. Žarko Dimić, Acting Director of the Historical Archives of Srem Dejan Umetić, Director of the Historical Archives of Belgrade Dragan Gačić, MA, Director of the Historical Archives of the City of Novi Sad Dr. Petar Đurđev, Acting Assistant Provincial Secretary from the Sector for Cultural Heritage at the Provincial Secretary for Culture, Public Information and Relations with Religious Communities Dr. Milan Micić, member of the Supervisory Committee of the Archives of Vojvodina Dušan Vojvodić, Doctor Jovan Babić and IT technician Vojislav Popović. Among the members of the Commission was also the Director of the Military Archives of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia Goran Petrović.

After the meeting, the members of the Commission attended a reception with Igor Mirović, the President of the Government of the AP Vojvodina.
